Our pupils arrived into school today in their cosiest onesies, pyjamas, or blue outfits for Type Onesie Day! It was a fun and meaningful way to stand in solidarity with children living with Type 1 diabetes, while also raising vital funds for CUH Charity, who in collaboration with CUH Paediatric Diabetes Team aim to raise vital funds for the Paediatric Diabetes Service at Cork University Hospital.
A special mention to David, assisted by Matthew and Finn, who gave outstanding presentations to other classes, helping everyone gain a better understanding of Type 1 diabetes.
